Package Deals and Hourly Rates
All package deal charges to the client include the labor to shoot the footage, edit the footage, any additional graphics, and the final DVD product. Packages are only available for wedding events. Other production packages may be negotiated. The client has two payment options: 1.) Pay hourly rate 2.) Pay flat rate for a package deal. (Frames in Time Videography would not recommend hourly rates for wedding events due to post production editing.)
Hourly Rates
$100/hour
Includes the labor to shoot the footage and the final DVD product. Note: Client(s) will be charged hourly rate for editing time separately. Time spent editing is usually figured beforehand, so total price estimates are accurate with a actual total sum proposed to the client(s).
$75/hour
Only shooting the footage at the event and then converting all footage to DVD format without editing or any additional graphics, etc.
$50/hour
Only shooting the footage at the event without any additional work done. Client(s) will receive footage in mini-DV tape format
Package deals
One flat rate is paid according to the package chosen. Any additional time requested for any package deal will be charged hourly. Packages may be combined.
Wedding Only Package - $500
Videographer is at the wedding site one hour prior to the wedding and one hour afterward. (Covers from behind the scenes bride/groom and seating of guests through the car ride away from the venue)
Reception Only Package - $500
Videographer is at the reception one hour prior to the arrival of the wedding party and stays for up to 6 hours.
Wedding Day Package - $1200
Videographer is with the bride/groom from beginning of the day (specified by client) through the end of the reception.
The Wedding Experience Package - $1600
Videographer is with the clients through rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, post-rehearsal dinner events (if any), along with everything included in Wedding Day Package
Photo Montage (Add on to any package) - $200
A photo montage of pictures/video set to music, provided to Frames in Time by client. The montage may be added onto the final DVD and/or can be played at the reception for no additional cost (audio/visual equipment for displaying the montage must be provided by client, venue, or third party agreed on by client and Frames in Time.)
